Prohibited Content & Behavior
- • No Foul Language: Keep all communications family-friendly and professional
- • No Adult Content: No sexually explicit images, items, or discussions
- • No Bullying or Harassment: Treat all community members with respect
- • No Spam or Scams: Only legitimate vintage Jeep-related content
- • No Copyright Infringement: Only post content you own or have permission to use
What We Encourage
- • Share your restoration journey and Jeep stories
- • Help fellow enthusiasts with technical advice
- • Buy, sell, and trade with honesty and integrity
- • Connect with other members and build friendships
- • Preserve the heritage of vintage Jeeps
Garage Membership
- • Annual membership fee for Garages is $9.95USD each, this grants access to all garage features
- • Garage numbers are assigned sequentially starting from #101
- • "Garage Founder" status available to first 1000 members
- • No refunds for violations of community standards
- • Garages may be suspended or terminated for policy violations
Content Ownership
- • You retain ownership of photos, videos, and stories you upload
- • You grant FlatFender permission to display your content on the platform
- • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
- • FlatFender may remove content that violates these terms
Warning System
First violations typically result in a warning. Repeated violations or severe misconduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Appeal Process
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact us through the suggestion box on our About page. All appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days.
No Refund Policy
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these terms are not eligible for refunds of membership fees or any other charges.
FlatFender is a DBA of Mitch Carley LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.
FlatFender reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

Welcome to FlatFender.com, owned and operated by FlatFender LLC ("FlatFender," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, creating an account, posting content, participating in the Global Trading Post, Digital Garage, Meet-Ups, or any related service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Purpose
FlatFender.com exists to celebrate the heritage, restoration, preservation, and enjoyment of vintage flat-fender vehicles and the community that surrounds them. Our services are intended to connect enthusiasts—not to act as a dealer, broker, auction house, escrow service, mechanic, inspector, or legal advisor.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or conduct transactions through FlatFender.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity occurring under it.
3. Community Standards
Members agree to interact respectfully and lawfully. You may not post fraudulent listings, misleading information, stolen property, offensive material, malware, spam, or content that infringes upon the rights of others. FlatFender reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
4. Global Trading Post
The Global Trading Post provides a venue where members may buy, sell, trade, or give away vehicles, parts, tools, memorabilia, and related items. All transactions occur solely between participating members.
FlatFender LLC does not inspect, authenticate, guarantee, endorse, broker, or warrant any listing, seller, buyer, product, vehicle, title, VIN, description, condition, legality, or transaction. Members assume all risks associated with any purchase, sale, trade, shipment, payment, or communication.
5. Digital Garage & Member Content
Members retain ownership of the photographs, videos, descriptions, and other content they upload. By posting content, you grant FlatFender LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, promote, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting FlatFender and its services.
You represent that you own or have permission to publish all submitted content.
6. Technical Information
Articles, restoration tips, specifications, diagrams, tutorials, AI-generated content, and member discussions are provided for informational purposes only. Mechanical work, vehicle restoration, fabrication, welding, lifting, off-road driving, and modifications involve inherent risks.
Always use qualified judgment and follow applicable laws and safety practices. FlatFender is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from reliance upon information published by members or FlatFender.
7. Meet-Ups & Events
Participation in any meet-up, trail ride, gathering, or event promoted through FlatFender is entirely voluntary. Participants assume all responsibility for their own safety, vehicles, property, and compliance with local laws.
8. Intellectual Property
The FlatFender name, logos, artwork, illustrations, characters, product designs, website content, graphics, photographs, and other original materials are the property of FlatFender LLC or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your use of FlatFender.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlatFender LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any transaction, event, communication, or activity associated with FlatFender.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlatFender LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
FlatFender LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.
